Global I - B schedule

Bellwork: Use your vault to evaluate the leadership of Julius Caesar. Give evidence to support your evaluation.

Today we talked about the reign of Augustus & the Pax Romana. We discussed the lasting influences of Rome on the rest of the western world: architecture, language, art, law....and religion!
We took a few notes along with a powerpoint & then completed a worksheet about the Roman Roads during class. If you did not finish this it should be completed as homework & turned in on Thursday.
Then we discussed the rise & spread of Christianity throughout the Roman World. We filled out a sheet to use as notes & keep in your binders.
For the last 20 minutes of class we divided into our group to work on our Roman skit review projects.

Homework: Create a bubble map of the rise & spread of Christianity. Use the notes from class or refer to pgs. 168-172 in your textbook. Keep this in your binder to be graded at next binder check!!
