As it is our Friday tradition, we began class with DEAR & binder checks!
Next, we reviewed information that we learned on Wednesday about Egypt's geography & its affect on culture. Then we took notes along with a powerpoint about the Unification of Egypt. This lead us to defining rulers & examining specific famous pharaohs.
Then you were given some time to break into your project groups to finalize your plans. Remember that your group project needs to be ready to go on Wednesday, September 29!
Homework: Complete handout "Pyramids On the Nile" (pgs. 15-16).
